Delivery Zone Venice Cable only delivers its products within Indonesia. We do not ship to business addresses, PO boxes, hotels, or university campuses. Orders destined for these destinations will not be processed.
Delivery Types and Times
A signature is required for all deliveries.
Venice Cable offers several types of delivery:
- Home Delivery
- Delivery to selected Venice Cable stores
Based on product availability and your location, Venice Cable offers the following delivery services:
- Standard Shipping – Free: Estimated delivery within 4-6 business days after shipping confirmation is sent via email. This service is not available on national holidays.
- 2-Day Air Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days after shipping confirmation is received. Shipping fee is IDR 200,000. This service is not available on holidays.
- Next Day Air Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days. Shipping fee is IDR 300,000. This service is not available on holidays.
Click & Collect: Delivery from Monday to Friday at selected Venice Cable stores for orders placed online or by phone. This service is offered at no extra cost by Venice Cable.
PAYMENT
Payment Methods Venice Cable accepts the following payment methods for online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. An authorization application will be sent to your bank.
Payment Security All transactions made on the Venice Cable website are highly secure. The SSL encryption system is used to protect personal and payment data. Venice Cable is committed to not storing your credit card details.
In addition, we enhance payment security through the 3D Secure system for Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards equipped with this system. Additional steps are taken at checkout to verify the identity of the cardholder and confirm the transaction.
VAT All prices are inclusive of VAT. At this time, we are unable to offer a VAT refund service for purchases that may qualify for a tax refund.
